Shipping & Return Policy
All sales are final. No returns are granted.
Eligibility for exchange:
Only items that have been damaged during shipping, qualify for an exchange of the SAME ITEM ONLY.
Return form must be filled and submitted within 12 hours of receiving the product. Picture of the damaged item must be attached to the return form.
Once the return form is submitted it will be processed, and a return file number and further instructions will be sent to your email.
Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. A refund for the return shipping cost amount will be sent to the original form of payment once item is received and approved. Tracking number for product return must be emailed to [email protected]. Once original product is received and inspected by headsworld.ca an email notification regarding the status of your exchange will be sent.
Warranties are only offered for digital scales, vaporizers, and batteries. Warranty is only valid for up to 7 days from when item was received by customer. Return form must be filled and submitted within this time.
