Working as a budtender is difficult enough – it’s time we came together to build community and share our experiences.
Join UFCW 1518 for an informal gathering of unionized and non-unionized cannabis workers to share their experiences in the cannabis industry. Learn about the creative methods that Budtenders across the industry have used to stand up for themselves and their coworkers in the workplace.
Whether it’s low raises, passive aggressive management, a lack of communication, or too much to do with too little time to do it, Budtenders need to stick together in the face of unfair treatment and demand better for everyone.
