How do I purchase stuff online with New Amsterdam Cafe?

It’s easy!

  • Choose the products you’d like.
  • Provide us with shipping details.
  • Make your purchase following the payment instructions.
  • Sit back and wait for the mail to arrive!
How do I place an order?
  • For any order over $500, you must make an account.
  • Select products by clicking on the image or name of anything you’re interested in.
  • Add products to your cart by clicking on “ADD TO CART” on the product page. (You can increase/decrease the amount you’d like to purchase now or at checkout.)
  • Once you have finished shopping, click on the shopping cart in the top right corner of the screen.
  • If you are satisfied with your selections, click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” at the bottom of the cart page.
  • On the checkout page, you will be asked to fill in your shipping and billing information, and select a payment option. Once completed, click the “PLACE ORDER” button.
  • If you choose to pay by e-transfer, you will receive an email with step-by-step instructions. Otherwise, you can follow the on-screen prompts to complete your purchase.
How does shipping work?
  • All US based orders will be shipped via registered mail with USPS, DHL or Fedex.

    The shipping courier for international shipments will vary depending on the country of destination. Some orders may incur duty charges at time of delivery.

How Do I Pay For An Order?

When Will My Order Ship Out & When Will I Receive Tracking Information?

We do our best to send each order within 24-hours of receiving the order. You will receive a tracking number for your package within 24-hours of the order being Shipped. Orders are processed in the order they are received.

We ship all our packages with clean, discreet packages, marked only with your shipping information. They display no compromising information or graphics. 

How Long Will My Package Take To Arrive?

Most packages will arrive in under a week from the time of ordering, typically between 4-7 days. While we do our best to get your package to you as soon as possible, once it is in the possession of the shipper, the time it takes to get to you is out of our control.
