Anisha Reindorf is the founder and owner of HighKu.Co, a cannabis lifestyle brand rooted in education, community, and culture. With a deep respect for the plant and its history, Anisha works to create welcoming spaces where people can learn, connect, and experience cannabis beyond stigma. Through curated events, markets, and collaborations with artists and local vendors, she continues to help shape a more inclusive cannabis community.

Her work has been recognized across Canada, including receiving the Favourite Recurring Event 2025 Stiletto Award and being named Best Cannabis Event 2025 by High Canada Magazine. Annelise Lewis is the AGM for North Country Cannabis located in Prince George, BC. Annelise has 9+ years of sales experience and has been with North Country for 4+ years. She started her journey in the cannabis industry as a Budtender and transitioned into management 3 years ago. She participates in planning and executing operational strategies that has helped the business to achieve constant sales growth annually. She has a very deep understanding of cannabis consumer trends and analytics. Bo Chen

Bo’s career in BC’s regulatory affairs began in the Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (ACMPR) days. He primarily worked on the Licensed Producer side of the industry, particularly focused on policy, licensing, and compliance. Bo joined ABLE BC two years ago, building the group’s new cannabis retail advocacy program from the ground up to now representing over 100 private cannabis stores in BC. Now serving as the Executive Director, Bo is a dedicated advocate who is relentless in supporting businesses in BC’s liquor and cannabis landscape. David Brown is the founder of StratCann and has more than ten years of experience as a writer and policy analyst in the cannabis industry. Before launching StratCann in 2020, he was a founding member of Lift Cannabis and the Lift Expo, and served as a Senior Policy Advisor with Health Canada’s Cannabis Branch, working on both the regulatory and external relations teams.

Daniela Diaz

Daniela Diaz is a chef, entrepreneur, and cannabis culinary educator based in British Columbia. Born on the East Coast and raised on the West Coast, her Latin heritage strongly influences the warmth, flavor, and soul she brings to her cooking.

A graduate of the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts (2012), Daniela spent over a decade working in fine dining before launching her own culinary business in 2024. In January 2026, she earned the title of BC’s Best Cannabis Chef at a provincial culinary competition.

Daniela is passionate about showing that cannabis-infused cuisine can be healthy, elevated, and delicious. She believes cooking (infused or not) can be medicinal, a way to honor Mother Earth, and a powerful way to bring communities together around the table.

Jenn works closely with underwriters and advocacy groups to improve coverage options and support regulatory progress. She currently serves as the Membership Chair for the Cannabis Tourism Alliance of Canada (CCTA).

Jesse Norsworthy is a Canadian entrepreneur, filmmaker, and global distribution strategist working at the intersection of cannabis, media, and culture. Through Symphony Co. Jesse is also an award-winning producer of the film In God I Trust, which won Best Producer and Audience Choice at the Beverly Hills Film Festival. Jesse Paul, known as The CreativeHighLife, is a Vancouver Island-based creative with nearly two decades of experience capturing and creating art. As Sales & Marketing Manager for Smyle Brands, Jesse brings energy and strategy to a growing portfolio of infused beverages and nano drops, helping push forward new ways for consumers to engage with cannabis.

Jodie Giesz-Ramsay is a high-profile and longtime advocate for cannabis law reform and civil liberties. She has been the owner and operator of Cannabis Culture Magazine, Pot TV, and Cannabis Culture Headquarters stores and lounges since 2009.

For more than twenty years, Jodie has engaged in many forms of activism, including multiple political election campaigns, presentations to government bodies in Canada and the United States, and frequent appearances in the media and at events worldwide.

Kaylz is the GM of Amsterdam Cafe in Vancouver and the Founder of the Cannabis Hospitality Summit. With over a decade of experience across music, cannabis, and live event production, she has built a career at the intersection of culture, community, and hospitality.

She began her career at 18 studying Entertainment Business Management at Metalworks, earning the Jake Gold Special Achievement Award in 2012. She went on to manage Canadian multi-platinum recording artist Mia Martina and earned multiple Canadian Certified Gold Records while working with CP Music Group/XO.

Blending her passions for music and cannabis, Kaylz played a foundational role in launching O’Cannabiz and Grow Up—two of Canada’s earliest cannabis conferences—and is actively involved again with Grow Up for 2025/2026. She is a member of the Canadian Cannabis Tourism Alliance and participates in the BC Cannabis Task Force, contributing to the evolving conversation around cannabis hospitality and tourism in Canada.

Karen Mariano

Karen brings to the CCTA 30 + years of Tourism experience in every aspect of the Tourism industry in Niagara Falls. Holding many key relationships with MPP’s, MP’s and the Mayor, her experience is invaluable to the Organization.

Also, she is a previous equity owner at On The Ridge Cannabis Co. Niagara Falls , a Tour Agent/Tour Guide for a Major Hotel and Tour Company in the area, and previously VIP concierge for Niagara Falls Tourism (tourism, travel agents, media, tour operators, and site inspectors). She also has many years of experience in winery tours and experiential tours.
 
She also has acted as the Sales Manager at the Imax Theatre where she increased traffic by 15,000 annually with creative programs she installed.
 
She has won a Misty award for Hospitality Recognition  and for her  administration  of  food services at Niagara Parks.

Karen is a key player in the organizing of the CCTA’s Cannabis Tourism Summit and Music Festival every 420 in Niagara Falls.

Otis Galloway

Otis Galloway is a Music Therapist with a background in Tourism, Hospitality, Gastronomy and Event Planning. He currently resides in Scotland.

Reverend Kelly is the founder of The KGL Network® and Kelly’s Green Lounge®, and an award-winning Canadian cannabis activist, educator, media producer, and spiritual leader. Through platforms such as KGLTV, the Canadian Cannabis Tourism Alliance, and Cannabis Spirituality®, she has built a network dedicated to reducing stigma and bringing cannabis into mainstream culture through education, media, and community. Her career began in radio broadcasting as the only woman to graduate from her program, later working as an on-air host, publicist, and agent for international DJs before moving into large-scale cannabis events and media production.

A certified cannabis educator, Reiki Master, and ordained minister, Reverend Kelly leads ceremonies, workshops, and retreats centered on plant-based healing. She has produced over 1,000 shows through KGLTV, co-founded the Canadian Cannabis Tourism Alliance and Cannabis Tourism Awards, and created World Cannabis Tourism Day (September 27). Kyle LeGrow is a community builder and advocate for Canadian cannabis culture. Starting as Canada’s first full-time cannabis photographer, he helped document and elevate the artistry behind the scene’s most respected makers.

Driven by a passion for connection, Kyle founded Heady Happenings to create safe spaces where the community can gather, share knowledge, and celebrate the culture. Over the past five years, he has hosted eight Hash It Out Cups and more than 20 dab events.

Kyle is also a strong advocate for LSO cultivation and pesticide-free cannabis. He partners with independent labs to test entries and ensure no pesticides make it into the Hash It Out Cup, championing cleaner medicine and supporting the growers and creators who keep the culture thriving.

Paul Kamon is a life-long cannabis connoisseur with over 10 years of experience in cultivation and breeding. He couples his passion for cannabis with decades of expertise in destination tourism and hospitality, working both domestically and internationally. He served as marketing director, executive director and destination development director for Sunshine Coast Tourism over 13 years, was the lead tourism consultant for the award-winning BC Ale Trail, and also the co-founder of the annual Vancouver Craft Beer Week festival. 
 
Paul’s current endeavour has him working with industry veteran Adam Clarke (Stratus Designs) to help create West Coast Weedery, a small craft micro producer and processor on Galiano Island with an aim to becoming the Southern Gulf Islands first farm gate cannabis retail store in 2026.

Sarah became involved in the medical cannabis movement in 1998 when she was introduced to the Vancouver Island Compassion Society. In 2006, she and the VIC’s hash master coined the term ‘cannabis rosin’. She helped build legacy brands including House of the Great Gardener and Sweet Grass Extracts. In 2016, Sarah co-founded the Craft Cannabis Association of BC, a non-profit industry association created to support and promote small-scale independent producers. Her team has been collaborating with stakeholders over the past decade to fight stigma and ensure government policy aligns with the vision of a thriving cannabis industry in BC – one that provides valued products, employment, and includes immersive tourism opportunities like the BC Cannabis Trail.

Stacey Duffy is the Head of Brand Engagement for All Nations, an Indigenous-owned craft cannabis company operating globally. She oversees national retailer partnerships, in-store and event activations, and experiential strategy, shaping how the brand is experienced from shelf to consumer.
With a focus on intentional brand presence and education, Stacey specializes in building meaningful retail relationships and creating impactful sampling and engagement opportunities that feel authentic rather than transactional. Her work bridges culture and commerce, ensuring that premium cannabis brands show up with integrity, clarity, and purpose in competitive markets.

Tarah Rainville is an independent cannabis professional known for bringing people together and creating meaningful industry connections. As a contracted partner working across events, brands, and retail organizations, Tarah has helped shape networking experiences at major industry events including Grow Up and StratCann. A mom of three girls with a background in aesthetics, she brings a unique perspective rooted in customer experience, wellness, and hospitality. EDMONTON, ALBERTA

Tracey Harvey, PhD is Project Director of a three‑year, federally funded initiative aimed at strengthening the Kootenay cannabis sector through place‑based differentiation and regional economic development.
 
Tracey has taught and led applied research at Selkirk College since 2008. She previously completed doctoral research on cannabis legalization in the Kootenays and has collaborated on regional projects, including a cannabis tourism study with Kootenay Rockies Tourism. She now leads development of the Kootenay Collective, recently incorporated as a non-profit regional trade association, overseeing five integrated pilots: the Kootenay Badge (quality standards), a regional storytelling campaign, a digital hub, a regional brand strategy, and an international trade delegation launching in 2026.

Ted started the Victoria Cannabis Buyers Club in 1996 and has been at the forefront of the fight for medical access since. In the last 30 years Ted has been arrested, acquitted, convicted, fined, and evicted while trying to provide cannabis products to over 9,000 patients. After the club’ bakery was raided in 2009, he managed the trial with lawyer Kirk Tousaw towards a unanimous victory at the Supreme Court of Canada in 2015, which made extracts and edibles legal for patients. Over this time, he has also been an author, publisher, actor, writer, event organizer and public speaker.

Ted’s newest venture, POT BUST CRAWL, is giving walking tours of places he and his friends have been arrested in Victoria.

A driving force in shaping Toronto’s cannabis consumption lounge regulations, he co-owns and operates the licensed retail chain Cosmic Gardens with his wife, Jane, a registered nurse and cannabis advocate. Walid’s career also spans international collaborations with touring DJs, record labels, radio stations, and large-scale music festivals. A founding board member, he became President in November 2023, bringing strategic leadership and deep community connections to the tourism sector.
