Standard Clean
Perfect for regular maintenance.- Perfect for regularly maintained pieces with light resin buildup.
- We’ll remove fresh residue, clean the bowl and downstem, rinse thoroughly, and polish your glass so it’s clean, fresh, and ready to use.
Moderate Clean
For pieces that need extra attention.- Ideal for pieces with noticeable resin buildup that need extra attention.
- Includes a deeper soak and detailed cleaning to restore airflow, improve flavor, and bring back your bong’s shine.
Extreme Clean
For pieces that need extra attention.- For the pieces you thought were beyond saving. Designed for heavy resin buildup and neglected glass, this service includes an intensive deep clean to remove stubborn residue and restore your piece as much as possible.
- Some permanent staining or hard water marks may remain if the glass has been permanently discolored.
Pricing is based on the level of buildup. Our staff will recommend the appropriate cleaning service after inspecting your piece. Extremely large or specialty pieces may be subject to an additional cleaning fee.

While we take every precaution and handle all glassware with the utmost care, glass is fragile and may have existing stress, wear, manufacturing defects, or damage that is not visible prior to cleaning. By using our bong washing service, you acknowledge that there is an inherent risk of breakage during the cleaning process. New Amsterdam Cafe is not responsible for accidental breakage or damage that may occur while cleaning your piece.
How long does bong cleaning take?
Most bong washes take between 10–30 minutes, depending on buildup.
Serious build up can take up to 24hrs.
Do I need an appointment?
No.
Walk-ins are always welcome. However if service is busy we might take longer to clean the piece.
Can you clean dab rigs?
Yes.
We clean rigs, bongs, ash catchers, bowls, downstems and more.
Will my bong look brand new?
In many cases, yes.
Extremely stained glass may have permanent discoloration, but most resin buildup can be removed.
Do you clean silicone bongs?
At this time we primarily clean glass pieces.
What if my bong is extremely dirty?
No problem.
