All orders placed within Canada and the US are delivered within 30 days of purchase*. If your order is going to take longer than 30 days for delivery you will be notified in writing (EMAIL or FAX).
If you receive a product that was damaged during shipping you must return the un-used damaged item within 7 days and a replacement product will be shipped to you without charge.

Delays in shipping due to customs inspections or confiscation are beyond our control and we will NOT hold any responsibility for such occurrences.
If your order is confiscated by customs we will not be held responsible and no refund will be offered.
